Step 1

You will be redirected to a location where you can upload your video and get an assessment directly from Susan. You will receive:

1. An instant response that we have received your first video.
2. Within 48 hours of submission, an audio message with your assessment from Susan.
3. A few helpful exercises that you can incorporate into your vocal practice that will improve the issues you are struggling with.

When you are ready to send a second video showing your progress, you may do so using a link that you will receive in your assessment email.

Step 2

You will be redirected to a location where you can upload your video and get an assessment directly from Susan. You will receive:

1. An instant response that we have received your video.
2. Within 48 hours of submission, an updated audio message with your new assessment from Susan.
3. Additional suggestions to continue your progress singing.
